Sending requests to PC SOFT Technical Support

To standardize the format of e-mails posted to our Free Technical Support and to reduce the response time, you must use the application named TechSupportRequest.

To use this tool:

1. Download the module below in WINDEV, WEBDEV and WINDEV Mobile
'Program'directory ('Save on Disk').
2. Once this module has been downloaded, launch WINDEV, WEBDEV and WINDEV Mobile and use '? .. Send a request' menu.
3. Follow the instructions.
