General Conditions of Sale
|
1. Prices.
The prices given are stipulated before tax and may be changed
without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, the price concerns
the purchase of a license.
Special rates exist for Universities, Teaching Establishments,
Training Colleges (products for teaching purposes only) and
for bulk purchases, please contact us for these.
2. Orders.
Orders may only be placed by companies, administrative authorities,
economic interest groups, independent professionals, associations
and equivalent bodies.
Order must give a delivery and invoicing address. There is
no minimum order.
3. Payment.
Payment must be made with an order.
Accounts may be opened with PC SOFT but in all cases payment
must be made with an initial order.
Administrative authorities and key accounts: follow your usual
procedure.
Payment by Credit Card (VISA/MASTERCARD) accepted (fax or
mail).
4. Product delivery.
- Delivery is made to the "Reception" of the client
company; the individual order giver is responsible for taking
possession of the product within the company. PC SOFT
may not be held responsible for the product after delivery.
- In the unlikely event of stock shortages we will contact
you immediately to propose a solution and avoid any interruption
of work.
5. Technical Specifications.
In spite of the meticulous care taken in the publication of our
documents, the technical details mentioned are for information
purposes only and are not legally binding.
6. Reservation of title and allocation of legal jurisdiction.
PC SOFT remains owner of products delivered until full payment
of their purchase price. See also the user license included in
each product. In the event of disputes, only the courts of Montpellier, France
will be considered competent.
7. The act of placing an order implies acceptance of the PC
SOFT General Conditions of Sale.
